Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number (if applicable) and shipping details.

Please note: The cost of domestic shipping will depend on your selected method, package size, and delivery address. These rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)
We offer international shipping to most countries, with a variety of shipping methods available. Delivery times and costs depend on the method chosen and the destination:-

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Please note: It can take 1-2 business days for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive in these cases.
Please note: Shipping carriers and customs offices may be experiencing delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@wanaanus.com. We may be able to update the information before your order is shipped.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If you are located in a restricted area, please contact us for possible alternative shipping solutions.
Please note: We may also be unable to ship to certain regions due to customs or logistical constraints.
Packaging
All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. As many of our products are handmade from natural fibers, please note that each item may have slight variations in shape, color, and size.
Please note: We recommend keeping the original packaging in case of a return to avoid extra fees. Make sure to keep the product in its unused, perfect condition with all tags attached.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to us at info@wanaanus.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or finding a solution.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information on potential fees before placing your order.

Business Hours & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.
