IMPORTANT: For orders outside of the United States, we recommend selecting FedEx or UPS as the carrier

✅ The product must be in perfect condition with its original tags or insert attached.
✅ Once we provide the return label, you have 2 calendar days to ship the item back (3 days if there’s a holiday). We’ll receive a USPS notification once your item is in transit, confirming when the return process has started.
✅ Shipping fees for purchases and returns are the customer’s responsibility, so we will refund only the item price.
✅ As soon as we receive the product, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements before initiating the refund.
✅ Refunds usually reflect in your original payment method within 4 to 7 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
✅ To avoid extra shipping costs, we recommend using the original box or a similar-sized one, as the return label is created based on the original package dimensions.
